Service Description

45 min session for $60. Please check out our policies & gym rules on our home page. Please have your own equipment or you can rent at the gym. Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance. Sessions start at exact start time. If late, it takes away from your time as there is a schedule with many others.

Cancellation Policy

2-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation within the first two (2) months will incur a $75 early cancellation fee. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone. All required gear must be worn before participating in any class. Required equipment may be purchased independently or purchased or rented at the gym.
